• Fire
  Alert those in the area, call 119, inform of fire and provide location. A firetruck will go to the location.

• Injury / Illness
  Call an ambulance in the event of injury or illness. Call 119 and provide detailed information about the injury or illness.

■When to call an ambulance:
Injury or illness which requires swift medical treatment at a hospital
*There is no charge for calling an ambulance.
However, for small injuries or minor illnesses we ask that you please use a taxi instead.

• Accident / Crime:
  Police ☎110
  Calls are free, including from public phones and cell phones.

Calmly provide the following information: the time, place, current situation, if there are any injured, and your name.

• Gas Leaks
  Gas leaks and gas pipe breakages can cause fires and accidents.
  Call the gas leak hotline (town gas) immediately.

  *If you notice a gas leak, you must open windows and doors to ventilate the room.
  However, do not turn on any electric fans or lights as this can cause fires.
